Lucid Motors has purchased two lots of land in Casa Grande, Arizona, near their current Lucid Motors factory. They spent $7.5 million for SW of Thornton Road and We Peters Road in Casa Grande near the Walmart Distribution Center on May 2, 2022 and $9.8 million for SWC W Selma Hwy and S Thornton Road in Casa Grande somewhere around here on May 17, 2022. That is a total of $17.3 million for these two vacant pieces of land.
Lucid Motors purchased the land from Arizona Land Consulting LLC, which is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

It is good to see Lucid expanding and continuing to invest in its infrastructure. The next day, Lucid also announced a deal to build a new factory in Saudi Arabia.

CLOSE - but not perfect - the 80 acre parcel is BOTH of those squares to the south of the existing factory (they are each 40 acres) and then the one to the east of the factory is also 40 acres.
BUT, you are a lot closer than the PBJ was!
